Descrizione: The first Genepi of the Alps, created with the original recipe of 1823 by the Royal Notary Stefano Pin, an expert botanist and great connoisseur of territory, who by adding his surname to the name of the grass started the myth. The taste is herbaceous, persistent and has an aromatic delicacy in the finish. It is created with the golden yellow flowers of Artemisia Glacialis macerated for months to rediscover the authentic scent, flavour and colour of the mountain.
