Description: The Verdicchio undergoes partial fermentation in barrique and partial fermentation in steel, while the international varieties are exclusively aged in barrique. Batonage lasts for at least 3 months. The barriques used are of second or third passage; the aging process in both wood and steel lasts for 5 months. The resulting wine is round, complex, and fresh simultaneously, upheld by good acidity and structure.
