Description: Wine obtained from Barbera grapes, harvested by hand in crates. The grapes are pressed in steel vats without clarification or filtration operations and without the addition of selected yeasts. Aged for 12 months in steel vats, it is bottled before the next harvest. Intense ruby red wine. The olfactory profile of the wine is vinous and complex with hints of red fruit and spices, dry, fresh, savoury and powerful.
