Description: Wine produced with the native Sicilian Nero d’Avola vine harvested in the first ten days of September. It grows in clay soils. The production per hectare is 90 quintals. The grapes are taken to the cellar and are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages in large French oak barrels for 12 months and then 12 months in the bottle. Velvety, persistent and pleasant.
