Description: Wine produced from Nero d’Avola grapes. It has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose hints of cherry, blackberry, black pepper. Good acidity, sapidity, softness and persistence on the palate. Delicate tannins. Overall balanced. It is vinified and aged in steel tanks with a short ageing in second passage barrels for about three months. Being an organic wine, the sulphite content is very limited compared to traditional wines.
