Maturation: in stainless steel for a minimum period of 6 months, followed by bottling. The wine exhibits a straw yellow hue. The flavor and aroma of ‘NANA’ Falanghina are remarkably persistent. With a medium-high alcohol content stemming from very low yields per hectare, the wine boasts a smooth and fresh palate.
