Description: It exhibits aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and peppers. On the palate, it is fresh, fragrant, full-bodied, and enveloping, with a delightful spicy note on the finish. The grapes are cultivated in the Partinico area at approximately 350 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested in mid-September, the grapes undergo crushing and destemming, followed by maceration with the cap exposed for 8-10 days. The wine is then aged in steel.
