Description: “Miriam,” produced from 100% Glera grapes, delivers a crisp and slightly savory sip, highlighting the authenticity and unique characteristics of Prosecco DOC. The grapes undergo soft pressing, fermentation with selected yeasts, and aging until the following spring after harvest. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave (16-18°C) until reaching a natural pressure of 5.5 atm.
