Description: Pure Merlot IGT Veneto is part of their single-varietal collection, dedicated to showcasing the unique character of individual grape varieties. The wine is vinified in cement tanks with selected yeasts, followed by 7-10 days of maceration, racking, aging in cement until the spring following the harvest, and subsequent bottling.
