Description: Mastrorigo Bergamasca Rosso IGT: the farm’s flagship wine. Consisting of merlot and a very small portion of cabernet sauvignon both harvested late. After crushing-destemming, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks; maceration can last up to 30 days. Subsequently, the wine ages for 30 months in oak barrels and tonneau and rests at least 10 months in the bottle. About 2,000 bottles of this reference are currently produced.
