Description: Intense and brilliant cherry pink colour. On the nose it shows a marked presence of red fruit such as raspberries and pomegranate. Sapidity and tannic sensation give great vitality to this wine. In the mouth, the tannins and the well-integrated acidity make it lively and fresh. The grapes are vinified “in white” (i.e. without contact with the skins). Maturation takes place for a few months in stainless steel tanks. The evolution of the wine continues with a subsequent refinement in the bottle.
