Description: Vinification in white with fermentation at controlled temperature 13-15 °C for over 30 days in stainless steel. Long ageing on the fine lees with batonnage for over 5 months, which guarantees excellent freshness and fragrance to the wine and also makes it suitable for long ageing. Straw yellow colour with more or less intense greenish reflections. Fruity and floral nose, with marked notes of green apple, banana and exotic fruit. Dry, fresh, savoury taste with good acidity.
