Description: Wine with a coppery colour with pink reflections linked to the vintage and the state of ripeness of the grapes. Its bouquet is intense, complex and floral with fruity notes of red berries such as cherry and black cherry. In the mouth it is soft and elegant, balanced and very persistent. The finish is long and fruity. The rather uniform colour of the skin gives the typical “onion skin” colour. The maturation in the tank gives the wine complex and important tones.
