Description: Vinification with maceration on the skins at a temperature of 5°C for about 12 hours. Soft pressing and decanting. Fermentation at 14°C in steel, ageing in steel for 5 months. Refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 2 months. Straw yellow colour with golden and green reflections; on the nose it is rich and persistent with ripe pineapple and pear fruit. Very warm, full and consistent taste, however fresh with return of olfactory sensations and typically slightly bitter aftertaste.
