Description: White wine with the characteristic scent of green apple and floral notes of hawthorn. In the mouth it is velvety and very soft. It has a good longevity that can be appreciated after 1 year in the bottle. It comes from a row vineyard located near a ravine. The calcareous soil favours its taste concentration. Like all the farm’s wines, it comes from agriculture practising integrated pest management.
