Description: Particular selection of the grapes and collection in crates. Long maceration with the skins (20/25 days). Délestage and soft pressing. The wine is aged in barrels for 18 months. Further ageing in the bottle for 6 months. Intense ruby red colour. On the nose it has aromas of red fruits and spices with warm notes of chocolate and vanilla. In the mouth it has a consistent texture harmonized by well-balanced tannins.
