Description: Aged in oak barrels or tonneaux (12 months). Garnet red color, with a warm and tannic flavor, accompanied by a spicy, velvety, and harmonious aftertaste. The vineyards located in Monforte d’Alba, with southwest exposure, are utilized for Langhe Nebbiolo. The soil is clayey, and grape clusters are carefully selected in August, harvested towards the end of September, and then fermented.
