Description: Produced from Pinot Noir grapes with a limited yield of 60 quintals per hectare. Harvesting is done by hand from the first to the second decade of September. The grapes are hand-selected. Fermentation and maceration take place in wood for three to four weeks, aging in oak barrels until the tannins are perfectly harmonized, then in the bottle for another 15 months.
