Description: After a brief contact with the skins of Corvina and Rondinella to obtain a light pink colour, the must is fermented in steel. Only before going into the bottle, must is added to the unfiltered wine which will allow the yeasts in the bottle to start fermenting again. The wine is limpid, but with a slight deposit on the bottom which can be suspended to give the characteristic taste of bread crust. Excellent as an aperitif, but also throughout the meal.
