Description: The Cave du Vieil Armand cooperative brings together about 60 winegrowing families on 150 hectares between the communes of Soultz and Wuenheim. Harvesting is done by hand, with gentle pressing, and alcoholic fermentation with aging on skins. The color is light straw yellow; on the nose, there is exotic fruit characteristic of this typical Alsace blend. In the mouth, it is fresh, soft, with a sweet finish.
