Description: “Isabella,” a pure Manzoni Bianco, is part of the “SinuosaMente” collection, a line intended as a tribute to the entrepreneurial spirit of women who have left their mark on the history of the Veneto region. The wine undergoes vinification in steel with cold maceration, soft pressing, and decanting of the must-flower. Fermentation with selected yeasts is followed by aging on noble lees, bottling, and a brief rest in the bottle.
