Description: “Isabella,” a pure expression of Manzoni Bianco, is part of the “SinuosaMente” collection, a line conceived as a tribute to the resilience of women who have left their mark on the history of the Veneto region. The wine is vinified in steel with cold maceration, gentle pressing, and decantation of the free-run juice. Fermentation occurs with selected yeasts, followed by aging on fine lees, bottling, and a short period of bottle aging.
