Description: The colour is between purple red and ruby. The scent and taste are intense and refined with a bouquet recalling blueberries, currants, rose petals, but also spicy notes and menthol nuances. With ageing it is embellished with notes of plums and jams. A full and dry wine, with excellent persistence. The well-smooth tannins and a marked acidity give a drinkable length.
