Description: The wine is produced using the finest Pinot Noir grapes from their most prestigious vineyards in Malcantone. The grapes are handled with minimal mechanical intervention. Following a controlled and slow fermentation process, the wine is aged in new oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, it is allowed to rest for 4 months before being released for sale.
