Descrizione: The distillation technique is a distilled gin, with the addition of steam current botanicals. Once distilled, the product is diluted with water from the Dolomites. The juniper berries are steeped, unfermented, for about six months. 24 organic botanicals are used. The colour is crystalline, with no residual sugar, with a balanced and balsamic flavour accompanying citrus and floral notes.
