After the maceration in the wine, the alcohol and a minimum quantity of sugar are added. This Genziana is a bitter liqueur that respects and highlights the bitter soul of gentian roots. Pecorino wine gives the liqueur fruity and floral notes that expand the olfactory bouquet.
