Description: A real regional flagship wine, with an extremely clean and brilliant golden yellow colour. On the nose it offers notes of chamomile, ripe pineapple, linden flowers, wildflower honey, thyme and bitter almond. Full, ample, savoury and persistent, with a great nose-mouth correspondence. Initially opulent in the mouth, it then develops a fresh and sapid structure continuing with an elegant and dry persistence. It can accompany white meat dishes as well as medium mature cheeses.
