Description: The grapes selected in the vineyard and harvested manually in small crates are gently placed in the press and cryomacerated. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Maturation on the lees, between 180 and 240 days. Ageing in the bottle from 4 to 5 months. Intense yellow colour, enriched by precious golden reflections. Elegant, intense and persistent scent, with complex hints of citrus, spices and warm honey notes. At the end a mineral trait.
