Description: Sparkling wine identifying the company, produced with glera, chardonnay and white pinot. This vintage brut sparkling wine completely deviates from the Prosecco production regulations, to be more free during the creation of the cuvée. It is particularly suitable to accompany delicate fish-based dishes; it has a characteristic taste, straw yellow colour and its bouquet is typically fruity with hints of Golden apple. On the palate it is harmonious, savoury and aromatic with hints of fruit.
