Description: Sweet sparkling wine produced with glera and chardonnay grapes, rigorously harvested by hand in the family vineyards. It has a higher residual sugar content than the brut version and for this reason it is sweeter. Its bouquet is delicately fruity, with notes of apple, vanilla and lily of the valley. Excellent drunk with desserts or at cheese tastings. The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Also on the palate hints of fruit and flowers are recognizable.
