Description: Prince of glera-based sparkling wines by Fiorotto 1934. It has a very low residual sugar content and is produced with glera grapes exclusively hand-picked in the oldest vineyard of the farm, whose plant dates back to 1969. With its strong personality it perfectly accompanies the whole meal, especially fish-based dishes, and is also perfect as a dessert glass. It is vinified with soft pressing and ferments at controlled temperatures. A refinement in tank of 3 months then follows.
