Description: Vinification and Aging: Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo separate fermentations by grape variety in vats with manual punch-downs. The wine is initially aged in barrels (one new and two second-passage) for 18 months, followed by blending and additional aging in steel for another 18 months. Bottled in February 2022.
