Description: Characteristic wine of the Casale area, red in colour with veins tending towards orange, hints of red fruits such as raspberry, strawberry and a hint of white pepper. On the palate it is a slightly bitter, savoury wine with a high concentration of tannins that dries the mouth, leaving an almond-flavoured aftertaste. Tasting with white game or lean meat is recommended; sometimes it also goes well with fatty fish.
