Description: It comes from the fermentation of particularly concentrated grapes following their attack by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea). Intense aromas reminiscent of yellow / white pulp fruit blend with sweet hints of honey; amazing harmony and drinkability in the mouth. The vinification is done slowly in steel barrels at a controlled temperature and is followed by ageing in ceramic barrels for 12/18 months. The annual production is 500 bottles.
