Description: Wine obtained from Timorasso grapes, harvested by hand in crates. The grapes are pressed in steel vats at a controlled temperature without clarification or filtration operations and without the use of selected yeasts. After 12 months of ageing in steel barrels, it is bottled before the next harvest. Bright golden yellow wine. Strong tannins, dry, savoury, fresh taste, with herbaceous hints and mineral notes.
