Description: Wine produced from carefully selected Merlot grapes. These grapes are hand-harvested and placed in vegetable crates. Subsequently, they undergo a drying process for 2-3 weeks in a dedicated room, during which they lose 35-40% of their weight. Following this, the grapes are processed without mechanical assistance. Pressing is carried out using the gentlest and oldest method: by human strength. After fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for 24 months.
