Description: Precious selection of an ancient and ancient vine made up of a close kinship of Ancellotta and Uva Rara, two typical vines of a tradition that have almost entirely disappeared, most likely the last ancellotta present in the area. Late harvest in mid-September and rigorously hand-picked grapes, slow thermo-controlled fermentation and insistent pumping over. One year of ageing in steel and one year in oak barrels. Minimum added sulphites.
