Description: Representative wine of the terroir. Bordeaux blend with a prevalence of Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the Montepeloso hill, well exposed to the south west facing the sea and therefore well ventilated. After fermentation in steel, the wine ages in barriques for about 22 months. Then it rests at least a year before marketing. Exceptional wine for freshness despite the alcohol content. Intense ruby red colour. Aromas of red berry fruits, good elegant and enveloping tannic texture.
