Description: Riesling Macerato obtained from over thirty years of a still generous Italian Riesling particle at 400m3/h. Late harvest for maximum extraction and harvesting of the grapes by hand, maceration on the skins for 4 to 5 days, natural pressing by gravity without the use of a press, fermentation at controlled temperature, ageing in steel with stirring. Bottling without micro filtration and low added sulphites.
