Description: Ca’Varani Prosecco DOC Brut displays a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of acacia flowers and wisteria. The palate presents a slight acidity, balanced by residual sugar and the presence of CO2. The grapes are hand-harvested in the Treviso area. The wine is crafted using the Martinotti method and undergoes an additional 30-day fermentation before being released. It has a total acidity of 5.70 g/l and residual sugars of 7.60 g/l.
