Description: “Caterina,” a blend of Merlot and Raboso, is part of the “SinuosaMente” collection, a line conceived as a tribute to the resilience of women who have left their mark on the history of the Veneto region. This wine undergoes traditional red vinification, with a 20-day maceration period featuring daily pump-overs. It then ages in French oak barriques for 10 months followed by 8 months in concrete, before bottling and subsequent bottle aging.
