Description: Produced with Trebbiano Toscano and Chardonnay grapes which are selected and harvested by hand and vinified immediately after harvesting the grapes with rapid separation of the must from the skins. The fermentation is slow and controlled and takes about 12-15 days. The final result is a white wine with a straw yellow colour, with fruity and floral aromas, in particular white flowers such as Acacia and Hawthorn. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity with an aftertaste of bitter almonds.
