Description: Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Maceration lasts for approximately 14 days with manual punch-downs. It then matures for 10 months in vitrified cement tanks, followed by an additional 3 months in the bottle. This wine is neither clarified nor filtered. On the nose, it exhibits a pleasing intensity, with balsamic notes and hints of forest fruits accompanied by spicy accents. The palate is characterized by intense fruitiness, balance, persistence, and velvety tannins.
