Description: Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. Maceration lasts for approximately 3 days with manual punch-downs. The wine then matures for 8 months in vitrified cement tanks, followed by an additional 2 months in the bottle. It is neither clarified nor filtered. On the nose, it displays elegance, with floral, citrus, and yellow fruit aromas, complemented by a delightful almond undertone. Remarkably balanced and savory on the palate, it expresses pleasing minerality and freshness.
