Description: Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has a bouquet rich in floral notes with marked hints of broom, acacia and aromatic herbs (especially rosemary). Light hints of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate it is intense and structured, pleasantly sapid and fresh. it is excellent combined with aperitifs and appetizers, fresh cheeses, first and second courses based on fish and shellfish.
