Description: The pale pink color is bright, with a bouquet that opens with floral sensations, followed by hints of fruit and, on the finish, toasted bread. Complex on the palate, it balances pronounced acidity with a well-measured sugar content. Produced using the long Charmat method, it is kept in contact with yeast for 8 months, resulting in a richer aromatic complexity, enhanced by the low sugar dosage.
