Description: Bisbaia is a tribute, a trace of history, the great Messapian festival celebrated on the occasion of the pruning of the vines. It is a wine with an intense ruby red colour with hints of ripe red berry fruit. It is obtained from Negroamaro grapes grown on the Apulian espalier and sapling system, harvested by hand in the second and third ten days of September. The short ageing in barrels (2 months) gives it a pleasant softness and spiciness.
