Description: It grows on loamy-clayey soil with the presence of rock. Harvesting is done manually in small crates. Fermentation occurs in small steel tanks with the skins, followed by 24 months of aging in large oak barrels. Then it goes back into steel barrels again, and finally undergoes 12 months of bottle aging. It has an intense ruby red color; on the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and persistent.
