Description: The grapes to produce this orange wine are harvested in September and transformed into wine through the selection and pressing of the bunches, the natural fermentation of the must in contact with the skins and a four-month ageing in steel. The result is an orange-coloured wine with notes of citrus and Mediterranean herbs presenting a good harmony between salinity, tannins and freshness.
