Description: Vinification and aging: Handpicked grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation at 15°C for approximately 18-20 days. A portion is vinified and aged in amphora (six months on the skins), another portion in stainless steel, and the remainder in barrique. The wine is further refined for four months in the bottle. This complex wine offers a depth of flavor that ranges from honey to mint, from citrus to hazelnut.
